Please complete the registration form for each player in your family.  US Lacrosse Membership is required to participate for insurance purposes.  Please ensure your US Lacrosse Membership is updated and current so your player is covered through the end of each season.

All players are required to register in their appropriate age group.  If there are not enough players registered for each age group, teams will be established according to US Lacrosse rules.

Coaches

This is registration for adults interested in coaching with Onslow Youth Lacrosse Association. In order to become a coach for Onslow Tribe, you must be approved by the Onslow Youth Lacrosse Association board, have a US lacrosse membership, pass a background check and complete a few lacrosse online courses. You do not have to be a former lacrosse player to assistant coach though the experience would be very beneficial. Head coaches must have former/current lacrosse experience. Our main priority is the safety of the kids and learning the game with sportsmanship and respect. If you have any questions before you register to coach, please contact Bobby DeGeorge at 443-472-0916 or onslowyouthlacrosse@gmail.com. Thank you!
